Lodging Accommodations:
We have six cabins that sleep up to 17 people each. Cabins 1 & 2 have an adjoining restroom with showers. Cabins 3-6 share an outdoor, enclosed bathing facility. The following areas all have a restroom with a shower: The cottage sleeps 5 people. We have a laundry room that sleeps 3 people. We also have an annex that sleeps 3 people. Dining/Kitchen Facilities: We have a full sized kitchen that has all of the cooking implements you need including an eight-burner stove with a griddle and two ovens. There is also a microwave, toaster and heavy duty mixer. We have plates, cups and silverware for you to use. We also have a dishwasher. Religious Facilities: Our new, outdoor Chapel will be completed in the fall of 2009. Conference/Meeting Room Facilities: Our lodge is a large meeting room that can comfortably seat your entire group. The lodge also has an indoor fireplace. We have a small meeting room that can seat up to 25 people. Our dining room can also be used as a meeting area when meals are not being served. We also have an outdoor fire ring that will host unforgettable night time activities during your retreat. Waterfront/Pool Facilities: We have an outdoor pool that is seven feet deep. More About Camp Oliver: Camp Oliver is a non-profit residential summer camp and retreat center located 40 miles east of downtown San Diego in the Cleveland National Forest. We are owned by the Sisters of Social Service. Our mission is to provide facilities and a safe, caring environment for youth and adults so they can appreciate and value themselves, others and the natural world around them. We have a nine-element low ropes course. A facilitator is provided for an additional $100 and up to 15 people can participate at a time. Activities such as arts & crafts, archery and team building activities can be provided upon request.
