TERM
The term length for a promotional (no cost) Full Hyperlink Listing on CampRentalChannel.com corresponds to the same term duration as the corresponding qualifying paid listing on CampChannel.com (Full Hyperlink Listing or Staff Recruitment Package) or VerySpecialCamps.com (Multi-Media Listing).

Client may request removal of Full Hyperlink Listing at any time; however, due to the persistent nature of CampRentalChannel.com's information repository, client is encouraged to periodically update listing contents which reflect time sensitive information. Requests to CampRentalChannel.com to remove a listing will be considered "permanent" and subsequent requests to re-instate deactivated listings (or applications for new listings by the same entity) will be considered at our sole discretion.

COST
The regular rate of %5C$99/yr. is waived for a promotional Full Hyperlink Listing on CampRentalChannel.com that has a corresponding qualifying listing on CampChannel.com or VerySpecialCamps.com.

CLIENT EMAIL ADDRESS ACCESSIBILITY
It is entirely client's responsibility to insure one's email address (as reflected within listing) is accurate and functional.

REQUIRED FIELDS
It is necessary to accurately complete all required fields contained within a new listing application or modification form.

CAMPER & STAFF RECRUITMENT FOR PRIMARY CAMP SESSIONS PROHIBITED
Referencing your camp's primary session and programming for campers is permitted in so far as providing a context about the general nature of your camp and facilities. However, whereas CampRentalChannel.com has been developed to facilitate group rentals of camp facilities, the inclusion of language to directly market your camp's primary session(s) or for staff recruitment purposes is prohibited and subject to immediate removal by CampRentalChannel.com.

You agree to receive periodic informational updates pertaining to your listing on CampRentalChannel.com in order to maintain an up to date and accurate database as well as to keep you informed about the latest developments on CampRentalChannel.com.

By submitting your information on-line your camp or organization warrants and represents that none of the materials prepared or information furnished to CampRentalChannel.com for use in the CampRentalChannel.com Web Site is inaccurate or infringes any copyright, is libelous or otherwise violates the rights of other persons and that your camp agrees to indemnify and hold CampRentalChannel.com and its affiliates and any of their officers directors, employees, agents and successors and assigns harmless of and from any and all actions, suits, proceedings, judgments demands or claims, (whether valid or invalid) liabilities, losses or expenses (including attorney's fees) are incurred with respect to third party claims relating to such matters.
