Otterbein- Sleeps 52, 25 person minimum. Otterbein's sister building. Guest groups staying in Shaw retreat center enjoy
their meals in Asbury dining hall. Shaw has two sleeping wings with five separate sleeping rooms and modern restroom and shower facilities in each wing. Four sleeping rooms in each wing are equipped with three bunk beds (6 person capacity in each room). The fifth room in each wing has either two twin beds and may serve as a retreat leader’s room. Otterbein has a large carpeted meeting room with a fireplace and lots of outdoor deck space. An outdoor campfire ring, an open-air chapel, and an activity field are near. Otterbein retreat center is closest to Asbury dining hall. It is ADA accessible, and has WiFi and Air-Conditioning. As well as a small Kitchenette, with a refrigerator, dishwasher and basic counter top appliances (no stove or oven).

Epworth- Epworth retreat center allows guest groups the option of preparing their own meals in the Epworth kitchen or utilizing Camp Asbury’s year-round food service at Asbury dining hall. Epworth Retreat Center accommodates a minimum of 15 persons and a maximum of 32 persons. Epworth retreat center features a common dormitory wing for each gender that can sleep up to fourteen persons plus two small leader rooms with one bunk each. A 20’ x 30’
meeting room with a fireplace, an equipped kitchen, and modern restroom facilities complete the building. Breakout meeting space for several small groups can be accommodated in Epworth retreat center. Epworth guest groups have exclusive access to an outdoor campfire ring, a lighted outdoor picnic pavilion, and an open-air chapel adjacent to the retreat center.

Unheated Cabins- Asbury has 8 cabins that each sleep 12 people. Enough bunk beds for 10 people and two twin beds for leaders. There is a changing area in each cabin. There are no restroom facilities in cabins. Otterbein retreat center and Lower Level Asbury are in walking distance to the cabins and should be used for groups staying in cabins. Groups can cookout their own food when staying here or utilize Camp Asbury's food service.

Tents- Camp Asbury has areas where we allow tent camping for groups that would like to do so. We also have tents available to rent on site. Groups that choose to tent camp can choose to cook their own meals over a fire or can utilize Camp Asbury's Food Service.

Camp Asbury's food service is housed in Asbury's most iconic building, the Asbury Lodge. The Asbury Lodge contains a large dining room, with windows that allow for a full scenic view of the diverse forest, signature rolling hills, and beautiful Lake Hibbard.

We have a Year Round Full Time Kitchen manager, and a pool of Kitchen staff that will be serving you.

Our standard meal times are:
Breakfast- 8:00am
Lunch-12:00pm
Dinner- 5:30pm.
Times can be adjusted, if you are sharing the space with another group(s), all parties have to agree on the meal time change.

We eat family style at camp around circular tables.
Groups will have to send a few people down about 10 minutes before meal time to set up tables.
A standard salad bar is available at lunches and dinners.

Final meal counts and dietary restrictions are required two weeks before the event in order to properly prepare for your group. We can accommodate most dietary restrictions, if you have concerns contact our office and we will come up with a game plan together!

Most of the time menus are selected by our Kitchen Manager. However, menu options/types of food can be available upon request, well in advance.

We have four outdoor chapels that vary in size. Our biggest is called Communion Hill, it overlooks Lake Hibbard and has a beautiful cross and stone alter. The other two are tucked into the woods near our retreat centers.

The great rooms of our facilities are routinely transformed into indoor chapel spaces.

Otterbein- Large Great Room Meeting space. Can be turned into whatever you need it to be. WiFi Available.
Shaw- Large Great Room Meeting Space. Can be turned into whatever you need it to be. WiFi Available.
Epworth- Large Meeting Space. Can be turned into whatever you need it to be. A smaller meeting space just off of it for further break out space. Each bedroom wing also has small breakout space available.
Lower Level Asbury Lodge- Large Meeting Space, can turn into whatever you need it to be. A Smaller conference room is available as well. WiFi Available.
Graham Art Center- A dedicated meeting space, heated with restrooms. And with a secondary seasonally appropriate outdoor covered porch with fans and lighting.

Yes our lifeguards are certified with the Red Cross. We charge a Per Guard Per Hour rate, in accordance with our guard per participant ratio.

We also do allow groups to bring their own guards if they choose, we need to have their certification on file.

Each summer, hundreds of youth in grades 1-12 gather for co-ed Christian camp programs that foster faith, friendship and fun. Through small-group communities, campers explore the outdoors and try new adventures like canoeing, swimming, archery, ropes courses, ceramics and hiking, all while growing in confidence and Christian values.

At Camp Asbury, our vision is simple and powerful: to connect people with one another and with the natural world in ways that reveal God's presence and active work in our lives and through creation. This sacred space invites guests to discover, celebrate and partner with God's creative spirit.
