Group Rentals at Camp Helen Brachman

Camp Helen Brachman is located a little over 2 hours from Milwaukee, near Waupaca, WI. We are located on 200 acres of pine forest, prairie and hardwood forest. Pickerel Lake, located in the heart of camp, is the focal point for many beautiful views and fun activities! Throughout the non-summer months we cater to many different rental groups including family reunions, weddings, church retreats, youth groups and conferences.

Lodging Accomodations

All of our lodging cabins have electricity and indoor plumbing. Some cabins are seasonal but anything year round has heat and/or air conditioning.
Most beds are bunk beds with mattresses provided and guests provide their own bedding. We also have campsite locations where people are able to pitch tents.

Dining / Kitchen

Our dining hall can accommodate about 120 people.
Our industrial kitchen can also be rented; we recommend at least 1 person with Serve-Safe certification.
Our Retreat Center has an "in home" style kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove w/ oven, sink and dishes smaller groups can use to cook for themselves.

Conference / Meeting Rooms

The dining hall can be used for meetings/conferences and is equipped with Wi-Fi, electricity, bathrooms. Rogers Hall is another space that can hold large groups and has electricity as well as AV equipment including a projector and mounted screen, or disco balls for party time!

Waterfront / Pool

The waterfront on Pickerel Lake has a lovely grassy hill which becomes a small sandy beach that leads into a contained swim area defined by floating docks. We charge a day fee for use and Lifeguards (minimum of 2) can be hired for $25 per hour each for up to 50 people. (More people require additional guards and rate increases in line with each 25 quota)
