Cost

With 73 acres and 16 buildings uniquely located just two miles from the interstate and downtown Charlottesville, yet in a seemingly remote wooded area that is beautiful, quiet, and the perfect site for your next event.

Rentals are offered year-round excluding June 1-mid-August, as we provide Camp programming exclusively for children and teens with medical needs during our summer programs. Our camp staff are available to provide activities and food service OR you can bring your own team!

Lodging Accomodations

We have 3 lodging options:

1 - 10 Youth Cabins: Sleep a total of 16 (8 per side and each side has own bathroom and shower) - all have AC and heat

2 - Lodges (sleep 8 on one side and 6 on the other) - with kitchens, living rooms and each side has 2 bathrooms and showers, all have AC and heat

3 - Blazer Cabin - sleeps 28 with 2 bunk sides of 14 and a large common room joining the sides - total of 4 bathrooms and showers, and AC and heat

Dining / Kitchen

We have a large commercial kitchen and beautiful dining room with all the tables and chairs needed for c. 125 people (more can fit however.) We contract with a local small caterer for a diverse menu accommodating all diet needs.

Conference / Meeting Rooms

Dining Hall is largest space with tables and chairs for 125 plus LCD projector, AV system and WiFi

Lodges have small spaces for 10-15 with tables, chairs, sofas (includes kitchen use)

Blazer Cabin has medium space with tables, chairs, extra folding chairs for 20-25

We also have multiple outdoor spaces to accommodate outdoor gatherings.

Waterfront / Pool

We also allow outside groups to bring lifeguards with proof of certification.
