Group Rentals at Camp Millhouse

Camp Millhouse is a residential camp for children and adults with disabilities. Therefore, our property is wheelchair accessible for all rentals. We sit on 45 beautiful wooded acres on the southwest side of South Bend, IN, approximately 10 minutes north of North Liberty, IN, near the intersection of Kern Road and SR 23. You'll find our camp is rustic but fully accessible with all the amenities you would have at home. You can call the office for a tour or additional information.

Cost

**For overnight rentals:

-Rental Fees: Cabin 6 $300/day, Cabins 4 or 5 $250/day, Cabins 1, 2 or 3 $200/day

-Rental Fees: Tent Camping (you provide tent) $20/day per tent

-with the use of the cabins $75.00/day for use of the Main Lodge

(Includes use of the kitchen)

-$75.00 per day for use of the Rec hall (equipment not included)

-$25.00 per day for use of a program area - Nature Center, Music or Arts & Crafts (space only)

-$50.00 per day for use of the Chapel Area

-$100.00 per day for use of the Pool (Recreational equipment not included)

-$20 per hour per lifeguard - # of required lifeguards for use of pool based on

number of people swimming

-Low Ropes Challenge Course requires separate agreement - $15.00 per person with minimum charge $150.00

-$500.00 Refundable deposit due at time of contract signing

**Single Day Event:

-Rental Fees: Main Lodge — day of event $200 for up to 4 hours, additional

hours are $50 per hour or

-Rental Fees: Main Lodge — day of event $600 for 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Both rental types include full use of kitchen facilities. Accommodates seating of 70-90 people.

-Access to lodge one day prior to event 2 hours at $200 (up to 2 hours)

-Access to lodge one day after event for clean-up 2 hours at $200 (up to 2 hours)

-Other camp areas may be used during a single event rental and costs will be taken from the overnight rental contract.

Lodging Accomodations

Overnight accommodations in our cabins - indoor plumbing (showers, sink, toilets) with up to 17 beds per cabin. Tent camping allowed but renter must provide own tent. No bedding, towels or toiletries provided - renter must bring own.

Dining / Kitchen

Our main lodge contains the dining hall, kitchen and bathrooms. Food service is available at additional charge. Seating available for 80-100 people.

Waterfront / Pool

Lifeguards provided by Camp Millhouse as stated in rental contract.

Basketball Court We have a nice meadow where outdoor activities can take place. We also have a large recreation hall that can be used in inclement weather or for other activities.
